Ran 5 miles to the lab at 5 am, did some work, back at 10. Felt good, but not used to ran with a backpack. Last km slightly downhill near maximum speed.

Planned to ski 1.5 hours at Millcreek Canyon. Nice weather and snow, but my binding broke after 40 mins. Back home we put our little daughter in the Chariot and ran 6 miles. Going uphill pushing 50 pounds of additional weight is a good workout ;)
